We're Talbert House! Our mission is empowering children, adults and families to live healthy safe and productive lives. And we need your help! Americans with major mental illness die decades earlier than the general population because they can't access health care. And those with mental health challenges are 45% less likely to have a primary care provider. Our goal is to provide mental and physical health care in the same place. Your vote equals access to care! With your vote people will receive primary care services like preventative care, screenings, and mental health and addiction treatment while getting case management services connecting them to jobs, housing, and transportation, and other community resources. Talbert House
Talbert House is a team of professionals, volunteers and community stakeholders focused on serving those entrusted to our care each and every day. We want to make it easier for children and adults to access services that will meet their needs and enable them to be successful. We believe this integrated care approach improves communication, opportunity, and outcomes for our clients, their families and our community.
Talbert House helps thousands of men, women, and children throughout Southwest Ohio overcome adversity to become healthy and productive citizens. Our work is organized into five services lines: Addictions, Community Care, Community Corrections, Housing, and Mental Health. Through these service lines, we're empowering children, adults and families to live healthy, safe and productive lives. Last year, we served over 23,500 clients face to face with an additional 70,100 receiving prevention and hotline services.
